  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Tracitreasure is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
